RETURNS:
We strive to provide you with 100% Satisfaction. However, if for any reason
you are not completely satisfied with an item that you ordered from us within 30 days,
there is no need to call first, just fill out the return form and place
the item in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Please be sure not to write on the packaging
and to enclose it in another box for shipping (like it was shipped to you)
along with the packaging material and return form. Place
the return label from the invoice on the box and ship the item to us by
UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post prepaid and insured. If the item is returned
due to an error made by us we will gladly refund the ground shipping cost.
Fees and shipping charges billed by packaging services will not be reimbursed.
CODs will not be accepted. Due to federal laws regarding liability we
cannot allow treestands, under-garments, books, videos, software, bows, crossbows, or opened foods
(unless defective) to be returned, also muzzleloaders cannot be returned
to Keystone Country Store, due to liability they must be returned to the
manufacturer directly. If you need assistance returning an item please

DAMAGES:
If you receive a damaged package and the merchandise
inside is damaged in anyway please keep all the packaging material and
contact your local UPS service center for assistance in filling a claim.
If your local UPS is unable to assist you then please call us at 1-877-999-9898.
Please DO NOT return the package to us until you have contacted UPS and
received instructions on how to proceed. You may lose your right to file
a claim. For further information on filing a claim you can visit UPS online
at www.ups.com.
