How Can I Place an Order?

Place your order:
Online 24 hours a day/7 days a week at www.KeystoneCountryStore.com Web Site.

Fax your credit card order to us: 717-261-5955.

Mail your order to us or you may call us to place the order by phone then mail your payment to us. Please note the order will not ship until we receive the payment and we do not hold the items therefore please indicate whether you would like any out of stock items canceled or placed on backorder.

Please have the following information ready to give to the representative: your zip code, name, shipping/billing addresses, telephone number, and then your order using our item numbers and a complete description with all the sizes, colors and specifications necessary to ship you exactly what you want. If you are not sure, please ask; we are here to assist you with any archery questions that you may have.

Most in-stock items will be shipped within 1 business day. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Orders with completed Arrows ship with in 2-3 business days. For shipping time please see UPS Ground Estimated Delivery Chart.

How do I check stock?



Simply click on the button located below the price of the item. A new window opens and you will see either: “Quantity on hand: #” or you will see “This Item is currently out of stock”.



If you place an “out of stock” item in the shopping cart we will automatically backorder the item for you and send it to you as soon as the item arrives in our warehouse.

How do I Return Merchandise?



We strive to provide you with 100% Satisfaction. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item that you ordered from us, there is no need to call first, just fill out the return form and place the item in its original, undamaged manufacturer's packaging. Please be sure NOT to write on the manufacturer's packaging and to enclose it in another box for shipping (like it was shipped to you) along with the packaging material and return form. Place the return label from the invoice on the box and ship the item to us by UPS ground or USPS Parcel Post prepaid and insured. If the item is returned due to an error made by us we will gladly refund the ground shipping cost. Fees and shipping charges billed by packaging services will not be reimbursed. CODs will not be accepted. Due to federal laws regarding liability we cannot allow treestands, under-garments, books, videos, software, bows, crossbows, or muzzleloaders cannot be returned to Keystone Country Store (due to liability they must be returned to the manufacturer directly). DAMAGES:
If you receive a damaged package and the merchandise inside is damaged in anyway please keep all the packaging material and contact UPS directly at 1-800-742-5877 for assistance in filling a claim. If your local UPS is unable to assist you then please call us at 1-877-999-9898 during our business hours. Please DO NOT return the package to us until you have contacted UPS and received instructions on how to proceed. You may lose your right to file a claim. For further information on filing a claim you can visit UPS online at www.ups.com.

Will I receive an E-mail confirmation for my web order?


Every customer who submits an order on our website, www.KeystoneCountryStore.com, is automatically sent an order acknowledgement.

Reasons an order acknowledgement email may not have been received:

  • The email address may have been entered incorrectly.

    How can I track my package?


    At the top of our home page please click on the Track Package button.

    1. Please type in your Six Digit order number that was given to you by your order taker or E-mailed to you in the “Shipping Confirmation” email. (Hint: it will start with the number “1”)

    2. Then type in the same Zip Code that you requested your package to be “shipped to”.

    3. Click on the ”Track this Package” button to view the shipping status of your UPS package.

    4. It might take a few seconds to a few minutes depending upon your ISP (Internet Service Provider). Dial Up service will take slightly longer then DSL (Digital Subscriber Line) or Cable to load.

    5. You should now have your package information.

    Still having problems tracking your package?

  • Was your packages shipped to an address in United States?
    Only packages shipped within the United States through UPS can be tracked using our website.

  • Did you provide a UPS shipping address?
    Any package going to a PO Box would have been shipped through the post office.

  • Did you enter the correct Six Digit Order Number?
    The order number will start with the number “1”. If you placed the order online you would have been given an invoice number starting with the number “3”- this number will not work. Check your E-mail for a “Shipping Confirmation” E-mail. This email will contain the “order number”.

  • Did you enter the “Ship To” Zip Code?
    If you entered or gave the order taker a separate ship to address such as a business etc. then you will need to enter that “ship to” zip code.

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order when it arrives just promptly return it to us for a prompt refund or exchange. If the merchandise total of the exchange order is $20.00 or more we will even pay for the regular surface shipping charges to get the new order to you (excludes oversize fees).
