Fred Bear successfully hunted big game on four continents with a Super Kodiak. He believed this lightweight, stable shooter would forever set a standard for recurves. Built with matched gray and brown hardwood laminates, the 60-inch Super Kodiak has the power to challenge any big game animal, musk ox or grizzly bear. The laminated limbs are surfaced with black glass and limb tips are reinforced for a Fast Flight string. The Super Kodiak`s arrow shelf is crowned, cut past center and surfaced with Bear Hair so you can shoot right off the shelf. Bow comes with a Fast Flight string.

The Super Mag 48-inch hunter looks like it means business. Here`s a short, brawny version of Fred Bear`s most excellent design. The black, hard rock maple riser and black fiberglass limbs give this bow a stunning appearance. The crowned arrow shelf is cut past center and comes with a leather side plate and Bear Hair rest installed. The limb tips have been reinforced with black and white fiberglass to accept the FastFlight string. Bow comes with Fast Flight string.

Fred designed the 58-inch Grizzly to be a tough and economical hunter and his original designs and intentions have not changed during almost 50 years of production. Black fiberglass surfacing over laminated hardwoods, topped with a non-reflective satin gloss finish to resist dampness and abrasion. Comes with Dacron string. The Grizzly can be shot off the Bear Hair rest covering the crowned, cut-past-center shelf or from a rest attached to the hard rock maple sight window.
