The Swacker Broadhead has a unique blade design that provides you with two separate cutting edges. The first set of edges, also known as the wing blades, are used for cutting the hide and the first set of ribs, These blades are also used to open the broadhead and are much smaller than the main blades which take most of the punishment by cutting through the hair, dirt, hide, and bones during entry. The smaller blades take less energy to penetrate through the first side than an "open on impact" broadhead. The wing blades also provide a load bearing surface for the ferrule during impact.
The second set of edges, or the main blades do not touch anything during the initial penetration. Angled shots are not a problem with the Swhacker, the tip of the head enters the animal well before the blades impact which eliminates cantilevering or deflections as the blades open. Features carbide tip and stainless steel blades with a 1" in flight blade diameter and 1 3/4" final cutting diameter. There are 3 Swacker broadheads per package.

I have used 90 grain 4-blade muzzy broadheads since I was 16, now I am 34 and decided to try the swhacker 100 grain 1 3/4" 2-blade, I am very pleased with the results, 2 shots, 2 deer, nice doe and a 7pt with same broadhead, decent entry wound(same as muzzy) and super exit wound, nice blood trail, combined distance of both deer after shot was 36yds, going to use the same broadhead again, very tough and blades are really sharp and strong, the shot on the 7pt was not what you would want quartering to me, drove the arrow within 8 inches of the fletching went through top of left shoulder, spine and both lungs with the angle of the shot I drilled the boiler room.

I been bow hunting for 45 years and there"s always problems with all broadheads. your swhacker is nice. but remember about the hole you want to make going in.You need all the blood coming out of holes also?

I've bow hunted for 35 years and have been a die hard muzzy user. This year I decided to try something new. After watching the swacker video I bought a 3 pack of 100 grn. 1.75 inch broadheads. In the past the shortest distance a deer ran when using muzzy's was probably 200 yards and there were some I never found. This year I killed one doe and one buck both shots were from the ground at about 15 yards. The doe ran just over 100 yards and the buck ran no farther than 70 yards. Neither shot was a pass thru but man, what a blood trail from just one hole on both deer. After using swacker broadheads, there is no going back.. I would reccomend swacker broadheads to all who bow hunt.
