I tried some crimson tallon xt's.The broad head flys well, penotrates well, but does not leave the bloodtrail that it claims.I shot a doe at 18yds,I got a clean pass through and little blood. The arrow passed through the liver and edge of the lung,in that area.I am 100% shure.I have yet to see the deer, or buzzards.I hunt in a 150 acer oack ridge.NO DEER.THEY ARE NOT WHAT THEY CLAIM.Im sticking with my muzzy mx 3's.
OUTSTANDING FIXED BROADHEAD

I shot a wild boar with the 100 grain Crimson Talon XT at about 20 yards. The broadhead and arrow was a clean pass-through with all blades onthe XT remaining in perfect condition and not breaking as I had been warned about by users of the earlier Talons. The wound looked like the boar had been shot with a shotgun slug and left a blood trail that I didn't have to follow, the animal only lasted about 15 yards before piling up! Fantastic Broadhead!
AWESOME BROADHEAD

This in my opinion the best broadhead there is. Killed two deer with them this year already they fly great. tear a hole like no other, i was a muzzy fan for a long time till i tried these and now i won't go back they leave a gigantic hole and amazing blood trails. the two deer i killed one was a forty yard perfect broadside shot went clean through and the arrow kept going had to look for the arrow not the deer watched as it went down plan view maybe ten yards. the second one was fifteen yard shot out of a hang on stand twenty foot up shot real high spin shot it and the arrow still went all the way through the deer dropped in her spot still had a bucket load of blood rite were the deer layed both deer had entrance and exit wounds that were easily fit three finger in and still have room i would suggest these heads to anyone.

First time using these broadheads. I've been a muzzy user for many years and shot a nice doe at 11 yards and dropped her in her tracks while using the crimson talon xt. The entrance and exit holes were unbelieveable. Only broadhead I'll use and recommend. Would like to see the blades made a little tougher as all 3 were bent badly.
4 hogg's in fla

Me and a couple hunting buddy's of mine go hunting every year together. Well last year I bought the crimson talon xt blades. Had High hope's when I walked in the wood's. I can say with pride the crimson talon xt put down 4 diferent hogg's with the same tip. I shot 3 and a buddy got another. My only problem with this broad head is that if you miss or get a bone shot it will bend the blade and it wont fly wright any more. So you have to be dead nut's on the shot. But other than that I love them and am buying more this year, and my friend's are to.
